Personal Information: Bergery blends his past experience with drawing, painting, collage, photography and photochemical retouching, and applies these traditional techniques in the digital domain. His prints feature Caribbean clouds, vivid parrots, tropical flowers and exotic people in Key West Fantasy Fest and the New York nightlife. Personal Interests: Bergery is moved by the juxtaposition of the physical earth and metaphysical clouds. Up in the clouds and down on earth, his current images search for hidden paradises in skyscapes, panoramas and tropical gardens. Bergery is a passionate colorist, and colors are the private language that he uses to transform representational images into digital impressions, mosaics and abstractions.
